Biggest Fan is about being jealous of a local act that was getting some attention at the time. It had been a dream to form a band and it was the kickstarter for what became Holiday in Tokyo.

But what do we do when we're jealous? We poke fun.

After every song, the singer would cry out "WOOO!", so obviously we refer to him in the song as wrestler Rick Flair.
